Music program cut — where did the bond money go?

My daughter is in 7th grade at Santa Barbara Junior High and we just got a letter saying the music program is being cut for next year. Band, orchestra, all of it. I'm trying to understand how this is possible. We voted for Measure I in 2020 specifically to fund arts and music. Where did that money go? Please point me to the budget breakdown and explain why this program is on the chopping block while admin headcount appears to have grown. Parents in this district paid for music to be there for our kids.
